FAQ
How much does cotton candy machine rental cost in Kuala Lumpur?
Pricing depends on your event duration, location, and number of guests. Our 2-hour packages start from an affordable rate and include the machine, operator, supplies, and setup. WhatsApp us with your event details for a tailored quote within the same day.
Do you provide an operator with the cotton candy machine?
Yes. Every cotton candy machine rental includes a trained operator who sets up, serves fresh cotton candy throughout your event, and handles pack-up afterwards. You do not need to assign anyone from your team to run the machine.
Is cotton candy the same as candy floss?
Yes, cotton candy and candy floss are the same sweet spun sugar treat. “Cotton candy” is the American term, while “candy floss” is the British and Commonwealth term. Both refer to the same product, and our cotton candy machine rental service covers both.
Can we combine cotton candy rental with other services?
Yes. Many clients bundle cotton candy with popcorn machine rental, ice cream cart, chocolate fountain, hot dog cart, or a full entertainment package including magicians, face painting, and balloon decoration. Bundling multiple services usually saves on total event cost.
What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor event?
Our cotton candy machines need to be sheltered from rain and strong wind for safety and quality. If your event is outdoors, let us know in advance and we can either operate from under a tent, canopy, or sheltered area at your venue, or help you plan a backup indoor setup. We will coordinate with you closer to the date based on the weather forecast.
Do you deliver the cotton candy machine, or do we need to pick it up?
We handle full delivery and pickup across the Klang Valley and surrounding areas. Our team arrives at your venue ahead of your event start time to set up, operates throughout, and packs up at the end. No pickup or return required on your side.
Can we choose different colours for the cotton candy?
Yes. We offer a range of colour options including classic pink, blue, purple, green, and more. Match the colours to your party theme, wedding colours, corporate branding, or your child’s favourite colour. Let us know your preference when booking.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks before your event to secure availability, especially during peak event seasons such as school holidays, year-end, and Chinese New Year. For last-minute bookings, WhatsApp us and we will do our best to accommodate.
What events are suitable for cotton candy machine rental?
