When properly planned, your child’s birthday party need not be stressful event. Here are some tips from those mums who have successfully organized birthday parties.

Decide on the theme: Choose a topic based on your child’s interests, such as Spiderman, Pokemon or Barbie doll  . Then everything is designed and arranged around this topic. For example, if a child likes Spiderman, then everything is made into a red and black color, the balloon is painted with a spider web, the clothes are in a Spiderman suit, the Spiderman mask is painted with a paper plates, the game is also related to Spiderman and so on.

Decide where you want to go: If your home is too small and it looks like you can’t stand the kids, go outside. However, if you are engaged in activities outside, it is best to make a alternative plans if it rains, and you must ensure that the place you choose is attractive.

Decide the number of people:    If you have plenty of space and energy, may  invite all your child’s classmates and friends, but if you’re at home and the house isn’t a luxury home,  it’s OK to limit the number. A good guide is the number of birthdays candles. For a five-year-old child, invite five friends and six for a six years old.

Decide on the activities:    Prepare a variety of short and interesting games. If it is indoors, start with a quiet activity. Let them do it by hand, wear beads, use paper plates to make masks, etc. When everyone gets together, they can start some pre-prepared games. If event is held outside in the open area over-excited children can run around indiscriminately. Be prepared for this.

Decide on food:    Sandwiches are delightful and easy to prepare. You can do several kinds with peanut butter,  jam, or cheese and cut into triangles or squares. For children who do not like vegetables give them vitamin-rich strawberries.  Some children will like a layer of melted chocolate on the sandwiches. Do ask parents in advance if their child is allergic to any particular food.
